Dr. Filip Biljecki from TU Delft (the Netherlands) was the winner of the second EuroSDR award for the best PhD thesis related to geoinformation science.

He presented his thesis “Level of Detail in 3D City Models” at the 131st EuroSDR Board of Delegates meeting in Finland (October 2017).
